You can’t have holiday lipstick colors without stunning shades of red that will surely bring a little holiday cheer your way! Since I tend to wear red tones anytime of year, I had to include my all time favorite red made by NARS called Afghan Red. Its is a beautiful muted raspberry color with a blue undertone. I have purchased this color at least three times. It is beautiful to wear every day and equally gorgeous during the holiday.
Maybelline’s Superstay Ink Crayon in Own Your Empire is a rich and vibrant true red. The color stays on your lips and not on your love or wine glass! This lipstick will definitely last all day and is great for not rubbing off on your mask. Since you won’t be reapplying often, you’re bound to have this lipstick a long time.
Charlotte Tilbury’s Amazing Amal is a vibrant, highly pigmented berry, medium toned lipstick. It is semi-matte which means you can wear it without feeling like people see your lips before they see you. This color is extremely flattering on brunettes. Who doesn’t want to wear a shade worn by Amal Clooney? This is another one of my favorites!
Chanel’s lipstick pictured in this post was a limited edition so I am substituting it for a similar shade by Chanel’s Rouge Allure Luminous Intense Lip Colour in Independante which is a cheery, rich and gorgeous red shade. This lipstick color is beautiful for the holiday season!
Charlotte Tilbury’s Very Victoria is one of the few nude lipsticks I feel that I can pull off. It has a bit of a muted pink undertone. The shade is extremely flattering on anyone and gives the appearance on fuller lips. It is a semi-matte with a velvety finish. It is a classic shade and simply gorgeous.
